D248 : DinkyDaimler Ambulance 30h

A sorry looking Daimler Ambulance with the front windscreen pillar missing. Rusty chassis with a damaged rear axle flange (still to be repired as it missed my attention untill after I had reassembled it). The paint stripping was easy but the roof surface was pitted. The roof was cleaned and filled and refinished with fine wet and dry. The respray was completed and the red cross repainted. Detailing was completed, good to display. Made by Dinky 1950-1964 this one 1950-1958 with the cream finish.
